LifeBridge starts up elective surgeries but says some patients still fear virus

Dr. Matthew Poffenroth said LifeBridge Health may not be able to run its operating rooms at their full capacity until the coronavirus is no longer a threat to patients. LifeBridge is looking to bolster revenue and ramp the number of elective surgeries done at its hospitals, after halting such procedures since mid-March amid the coronavirus pandemic.
