Dozens march in neighborhood where Annapolis alderman says he was racially profiled

Dozens gathered near a condominium complex in Annapolis Sunday afternoon, where a Black alderman and his friends said they were racially profiled a week earlier while out for an evening walk in a largely white neighborhood. They chanted as they walked to The Point in Eastport.
