‘We don’t want to watch them die’: Maryland’s state-run hospitals need more masks, coronavirus testing, union says

Due to the lack of coronavirus testing and protective equipment, Maryland is undercounting the number of cases in its state-run hospitals and putting both its employees and patients at risk, said Patrick Moran, president of AFSCME Chapter 3, which represents 25,000 state workers.
