Hogan stresses bipartisanship, touches on national politics in inaugural address

Larry Hogan called on Democrats and Republicans to work together and not go down the same path as their counterparts in Washington, D.C. after taking the oath of office for his second term as governor of Maryland. Hogan, the second Republican to ever be re-elected as governor in Maryland and the first since the 1950s, spoke from a stage set up on the northwest lawn of the State House in Annapolis.
