Catalyte, a Baltimore software services firm, has acquired a Denver company as part of its goal to keep growing nationally. Catalyte acquired Denver-based Statêra, a 17-year-old company that helps organizations plan for and manage digital innovation. Statêra’s over 700 existing clients will now have access to Catalyte’s services, including ready-to-hire software engineers. The company also has a presence in Dallas.
