Michele L. Whelley — who once led the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore — is the new CEO of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore. Whelley will begin work on Tuesday alongside the regional business group’s new chief operating officer, Sharon Markley Schreiber, the regional development group said on Thursday.
