Video of Black man’s suffocation in western New York shows police officers put hood on him, pressed his face to pavement

Daniel Prude, a Black man who had run naked through the streets of Rochester, New York, died of asphyxiation after a group of police officers put a hood over his head, then pressed his face into the pavement for two minutes in March, according to video and records released Wednesday by the man’s family.
