Sept. 23: Anne Arundel County adds 46 new coronavirus cases; Maryland hits new low in positivity rate

Maryland added 385 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours and eight new deaths. The state’s rolling seven-day rate of positive cases reached 2.6% Wednesday, a new low during the pandemic.
