Halethorpe residents oppose Dunkin’ Donuts development near historic landmark

The county permits department last year approved a development project that would turn a lot into a Dunkin’ Donuts just 1/10 of a mile from the historic Halethorpe Colored School, which is now a community center, and some residents are unhappy about it.
