‘Challenging situation’: During first day, Carroll County schools see technology issues, notes improvement over spring

Gary Davis, chief operating officer for the school system, said most of the people in Carroll who contacted CCPS prior to the beginning of the school year with a technology request had received the necessary equipment before Tuesday.
