Testimony to continue before potential ruling on prosecutor’s psychiatrist in Capital Gazette shooting case

At least four or five more witnesses are expected to testify Tuesday before legal arguments and, possibly, a judge’s ruling on the first of multiple efforts by attorneys representing the man who gunned down five Capital Gazette employees to bar the prosecution’s privately hired psychiatrist from testifying at trial.
