Cloudy Donuts, formerly known as Donut Alliance, has a new name and new owners — but that isn’t stopping it from trying to expand the vegan doughnut experience in Baltimore. Cloudy Donut’s new owners, brothers Derrick and Justin Faulcon, started out as frequent customers but were so impressed by the doughnuts that they ended up purchasing the business in December.
