Black-owned businesses across Baltimore are wrestling with how to keep going in the midst of the powerful effects of COVID-19, which is remaking the business landscape. Some of these businesses have been denied federal paycheck protection loans and many have closed. But others are finding fresh hope in the welcome boost of customers who want to support Black businesses.
