The historic Patapsco Valley Heritage Area is expanding its reach by 12 square miles to include the Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Relay. The addition will add to the cache of the Patapsco River Valley, a lush rural landscape that abuts Howard and Baltimore counties and includes Elkridge, Woodstock and the Granite Historic District.
