Pasadena teens weather torrential downpour to share experiences with leaders at #HearTheYouth rally

Neighbors, teenagers and elected officials gathered on a muggy Saturday for a rally called #HearTheYouth that focused on young people sharing their experiences with discrimination and advocating for change.
