Maryland weather: Flash flooding possible on Eastern Shore as Tropical Storm Fay moves up Mid-Atlantic coast

Tropical Storm Fay formed off of North Carolina nm Thursday and is threatening to bring flash flooding to Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
