Annapolis sees Hawkins Cove as ‘top priority’ to expand water access

The Annapolis Planning and Zoning Department has applied for a $50,000 grant through the Department of Natural Resources to improve trails in Truxtun Park and extend them through city land east of Spa Creek Condominiums to connect to the cove.
