Downtown’s west side is getting a pair of new businesses on the ground floor of one of its newest developments late this summer. Cajou Creamery, a plant-based ice cream company run by husband-and-wife team Nicole Foster and Dwight Campbell, is planning to debut its first-ever storefront at 411 Howard St. in September.
