Latinos disproportionately hurt by coronavirus in Maryland, Baltimore and among Johns Hopkins patients

Hispanic people have the highest rate of infection of any race or ethnic group in Maryland. Social, economic, and health disparities are among the reasons Latino populations are becoming sick and sometimes dying at disproportionate rates, health experts say.
