'It’s a ghost town’: Ocean City boardwalk, beach reopen to sparse attendance and social distancing signs

After the coronavirus outbreak caused emergency closures nearly two months ago, Ocean City Mayor Rick Meehan reopened the beaches and boardwalk Saturday morning.
