In second protest against Maryland coronavirus restrictions, caravan sets out from Frederick to Salisbury

A group of Marylanders again demonstrated against Gov. Larry Hogan’s stay-at-home order, this time embarking on a caravan from Western Maryland to the lower Eastern Shore on Saturday.
