Coronavirus measures reduce traffic by half on I-95 in Maryland; NASA estimates pollution down along Northeast corridor

The coronavirus pandemic has given Maryland environment officials a window of opportunity to measure the effects of diminished traffic on air quality, and what they are seeing reinforces the need to transform transportation, Secretary Ben Grumbles said in an interview this week.
