Ballots for Baltimore primary voters mailed one week late, due to arrive this week

Ballots for Baltimore voters to use in the upcoming June 2 vote-by-mail primary were not mailed until May 14, a week later than they were scheduled to be mailed, state election officials announced Sunday.
