Annapolis volunteers hand out masks, discourage crowding downtown over Memorial Day weekend

Annapolis Mayor Gavin Buckley handed out face masks downtown Saturday with members of the Annapolis Community Emergency Response Team to encourage social distancing as the weather warms up.
