How an Owings Mills caterer is adapting to a smaller holiday season

Under normal circumstances, Larry Frank’s catering staff would be working to prepare some 400 Easter dinner orders this week. But in this age of social distancing to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, the holidays this year will be anything but normal. Instead of gathering in person, families are planning virtual Passover seders and Easter feasts.
