At least 2 dead from coronavirus at FutureCare Lochearn; daughter of victim criticizes lack of info

At least two clients of the FutureCare Lochearn facility in northwest Baltimore, Minnie Saunders and Esther Walker, have died of COVID-19, according to their family members.
