The inaugural Baltimore Homecoming is over, but its participants’ plans for giving back to the city are just getting started. The three-day event, aimed at sparking investment in Baltimore from accomplished natives who have since moved away, drew some 100 ex-pats to the city from Oct. 3-5 for tours, talks and networking opportunities.
