Locust Point’s Southside Diner will open a second location at the Rotunda shopping center in Hampden early next year. Owner Nick Karvounis said the new location should be ready to open in three to four months. The restaurant will take a space across from The Local Fry, Mi & Yu Noodle Bar and the UPS store, according to a post on the Rotunda’s Facebook page.
