Under Armour Inc. CEO Kevin Plank’s 35,000-square-foot estate being built in the bucolic, rural Green Spring Valley is on hold. Work on the eight-bedroom mansion on 65 acres in Brooklandville has ceased and workers have refilled a deep hole excavated for the estate in 2015 and covered it with a large tarp, according to the Baltimore County Office of Permits. Plans for the Greenspring Valley Road mansion fascinated and irked some nearby residents because of its size and scope in the affluent suburb.…
