A new president has been named at Baltimore City Community College, a school working to restore its reputation and boost enrollment. Debra L. McCurdy will assume the role during the spring 2019 semester. She is currently the president at Rhodes State College, a role she has been in at the Lima, Ohio, community college since 2006.
