Vehicles for Change has gone all-in on Waverly and purchased the North Baltimore building that houses its auto repair and training center. With the purchase, the nonprofit is hoping to save about $12,000 in monthly rent, and show its commitment to being a “beacon of light” for the community, a spokesman for the group said Tuesday.
