Baltimore developer plans 150-unit waterfront apartment project in Delaware

A new name is entering Wilmington, Delaware’s building boom. Baltimore-based Washington Place Equities is planning to develop a 150-unit apartment building along the Christina River in South Wilmington, Delaware. The $32 million, mid-rise project is being named River House and will be constructed on 2.1 acres at 401 A. St. Washington Place acquired the land, as well as adjacent properties at 301-309 A.
