Diners can get a first taste Wednesday of the new Japanese fusion restaurant opening in Canton’s former Firehouse Coffee Co. building. Sizka, located at 1030 S. Linwood Ave., will host a soft opening starting at 6 p.m., manager Sea Lee said. The eatery will feature a sushi bar with nigiri, maki rolls and omakase, a chef’s special selection of 10 to 15 pieces of sushi.
