Frontier Airlines will expand its nonstop service at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport this spring with three new routes. The low-cost airline announced Wednesday that it will launch flights to Miami and San Juan, Puerto Rico, on April 23. Flights to San Salvador, El Salvador, will begin on June 18.
