A former Pessin Katz attorney has launched the Baltimore office for Rimon P.C., a growing firm that is looking to disrupt the model for how law firms operate. Herbert Burgunder III, a real estate attorney, left Pessin Katz earlier this month to become a partner at San Francisco-based Rimon.
