Efforts to improve Old Town Bowie persist; art festival planned for May pending coronavirus restrictions

A virtual community meeting Tuesday updated Old Town Bowie residents what’s going on in the northwest neighborhood, including efforts to make the area a state-designated arts and entertainment district where makers can get a tax break.
