Arizona lawmaker with the coronavirus is making some progress in Johns Hopkins ICU

Democratic Rep. Lorenzo Sierra, an Arizona lawmaker ill with COVID-19 who is on a ventilator in the Johns Hopkins Hospital’s intensive care unit, is showing some signs of improvement, his wife announced Wednesday.
