A new listing with unspoiled views of the Potomac River is now the most expensive home on the market in the Washington, D.C. area Robert Stevens, former chairman and CEO of Lockheed Martin Corp. (NYSE: LMT), and his wife Michelle have listed the 16.5-acre River View Estate, in southeastern Fairfax County, for $60 million.
