Small group rallies at Baltimore’s City Hall to celebrate Indigenous Peoples' Day

Nearly two dozen people gathered outside Baltimore’s City Hall on Monday afternoon to celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day and urge Mayor Bernard C. “Jack” Young to officially sign the bill to formally rename the holiday.
