Maryland will pursue express toll lanes from the American Legion Bridge and up Interstate 270 but will hold off on the widening Gov. Larry Hogan wanted for most of the Capital Beltway. This according to an agreement announced Friday between Hogan, a Republican, and Comptroller Peter Franchot, a Democrat.
