McCormick & Co. Inc. reports it has made “significant progress” toward achieving a wide range of goals for improving environmental sustainability. Two years ago, Hunt Valley-based McCormick (NYSE: MKC) laid out a “purpose-led performance” plan for reducing its carbon footprint. By 2025, the spice maker wants to reduce emissions 20%, reduce solid waste by 80% and decrease its carbon footprint from packaging by 25%.
