Good morning, Baltimore. TGIF! It’s going to warm up today to about 50 degrees, not exactly typical January weather. Expect rain and continued warmer temperatures tomorrow. Of course, that’s good news for the Maryland State Police Polar Bear Plunge this weekend at Sandy Point State Park.
