Beyond Spots & Dots Inc. has opened its first Baltimore-area office in Harbor East, the fast-growing advertising agency’s second expansion in three years. The Pittsburgh-based agency new sales office will be located on the 23rd floor of the Legg Mason tower at 100 International Drive. President Melanie Querry said the agency, which currently has 20 employees, is in the process of staffing up the new location. Beyond Spots & Dots last expanded when it opened an office in Columbus, Ohio, in 2017.…
