Prince George’s County has pulled ahead of Montgomery County in terms of job creation, adding thousands more jobs than its westerly neighbor even though its population is smaller. Prince George’s County jobs grew by 7.1%, or 21,236 jobs between 2013 and 2018, compared to growth of 4.3%, or 19,540 jobs in Montgomery County during the same period, according to a Washington Post report.
