WJZ-TV news anchor Jessica Kartalija is leaving the Baltimore station for its CBS affiliate in Philadelphia. CBS 3 announced Monday that Kartalija will join Ukee Washington, meteorologist Kate Bilo and sports anchor Don Bell at the anchor desk for Eyewitness News at 5, 6 and 11 p.m. on CBS 3, as well as CW Philly’s 10 p.m. newscast.
