The fast-growing Port of Baltimore welcomed the largest container ship to ever visit Maryland at its Seagirt Marine Terminal on Sunday. The Gunde Maersk has a capacity to handle 11,000 20-foot-long containers. The ship originated in China and stopped in New York before coming to Baltimore.
