Latest state audit finds Baltimore school system didn't fix problems from 2012 audit

A newly released state audit found a number of problems with Baltimore City Public Schools bookkeeping, resulting in millions of dollars of continued overtime and overpayments to employees and contractors. The state Office of Legislative Audits audits the school system every six years. Baltimore City Public Schools, which has a budget of $1.4 billion, has been criticized in the past for its financial issues. Gov.
