Park Heights residents, supporters rallying in Annapolis to save Preakness

As the battle over the Preakness’ future at Pimlico Race Course heads to Annapolis, some 50 people gathered in Park Heights Friday morning to rally for the race to stay in Baltimore. Howard County could raise taxes following panel recommendation
