First Mariner Bank announced Monday that Jack Steil will step down as the bank’s CEO, and will be replaced by President Robert D. Kunisch Jr. Steil will continue as chairman of the Baltimore bank’s board of directors. Baltimore attorney Benjamin Rosenberg has been elected the new chairman of the Enoch Pratt Free Library board of directors and trustees.
