Baltimore Ravens President Dick Cass said last month the team was “seriously considering” raising ticket prices for the 2017 season and the team officially announced the price increase on Wednesday. Laureate Education Inc. went public Wednesday hoping to raise $96.6 million, well below what it had hoped for earlier this week.
